Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 4, 2026  ·  Effective: August 4, 2026

CAI Solutions LLC is committed to making our website and products usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one‑time project.

Conformance standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy and landmark regions.
  • Text and interactive elements that meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios.
  • Full keyboard navigability with visible focus indicators.
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and decorative images marked as such.
  • Form inputs with programmatically associated labels and clear error messaging.
  • Layouts that reflow to 320 px width and support 200% text zoom without loss of content.
  • Respect for reduced‑motion preferences.

Known limitations

Some third‑party components embedded in our products — such as payment forms and mapping widgets — are outside our direct control and may not fully conform. We work with those vendors to improve accessibility and will offer an alternative method of completing any affected task on request.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on caisolutions.org or in any of our products, please tell us. Include the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using, if any.
