Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of all CAI Solutions LLC Services and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We may update it as needed to protect our users, our infrastructure, and the integrity of the messaging ecosystem.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the Services to create, store, send, or facilitate:
- unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content;
- content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that promotes violence or self‑harm;
- sexually explicit material, or any content that sexualizes minors;
- malware, phishing pages, credential harvesting, or other malicious code;
- content that violates export control or sanctions laws.
2. Messaging‑specific rules
If you use a Service that sends SMS, MMS, voice, or email on your behalf, you must:
- obtain and document express written consent from every recipient before messaging them, in accordance with the TCPA, CTIA messaging principles, and carrier requirements;
- honor STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, and other opt‑out requests immediately;
- respond to HELP with your business name and support contact;
- identify your business in every message;
- observe quiet hours and applicable state calling‑time restrictions;
- never purchase, rent, scrape, or import third‑party phone number lists; and
- never use public link shorteners in messages.
The following message categories are prohibited outright: high‑risk financial services, payday and short‑term loans, debt collection and forgiveness, cannabis, CBD, kratom, vaping and tobacco, prescription drugs, firearms and related products, gambling and sweepstakes, get‑rich‑quick schemes, multi‑level marketing, deceptive work‑from‑home offers, and any SHAFT‑category content.
3. Technical restrictions
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network.
- Do not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or load testing without prior written authorization.
- Do not circumvent rate limits, quotas, or authentication mechanisms.
- Do not use the Services in a way that degrades performance for other users.
- Do not scrape or systematically extract data from the Services other than through documented APIs.
4. Reporting abuse
Report suspected violations to [email protected] with as much detail as possible, including account identifiers, message content, timestamps, and screenshots.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, throttling or disabling specific features, suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, and reporting activity to law enforcement or carriers. For severe or repeated violations — particularly non‑consented messaging — we may terminate immediately and without refund.
6. Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our Services, email [email protected] with a description and reproduction steps. We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before public disclosure, and that you avoid accessing or modifying data belonging to others. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith under these guidelines.
